Patrick Cronican’s practice includes defending national and regional homebuilders, developers and subcontractors in complex litigation, general liability, tort and insurance litigation. In addition to Patrick’s experience in complex civil litigation, he also assists his clients with developing business practices to reduce the risk and loss exposure associated with their businesses. Patrick utilizes a creative and thoughtful approach to solving client problems which results in the generation of efficient and effective outcomes.

Patrick graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Arizona. Thereafter, Patrick earned his Juris Doctor with Distinction from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law where he was a staff writer and Primary Comment Editor for the McGeorge Law Review, and was a published authority - “Buyer Beware: Electronic Letters of Credit and the Need for Default Rules” 45 McGeorge L. Rev. 383. When not practicing law, Patrick enjoys exercising and spending time outdoors with his wife and two daughters.
