WHITNEY ELLIS
Attorney

Whitney graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Pre-Law from Grand Canyon University. While earning her degree, she served as a litigator on the university's Mock Trial Team and developed the foundation of her courtroom and analytical skills. She went on to complete her Master of Business Administration, strengthening her understanding of organizational strategy, finance, and the practical considerations that drive business decision-making.

Whitney earned her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she served as a Staff Writer for the University of the Pacific Law Review. During her time, her Legal Comment, “Algorithms, Images, and Authorship: Creating Copyright Criteria in the Age of AI-Assisted Imagery” was selected for publication. She later served as a Primary Editor and received honors for her work in both roles.

While at McGeorge School of Law, Whitney was an extern for a prominent non-profit law firm where she guided clients in the property law disputes and received recognition for her work. Her experience working closely with clients, and navigating complex statutory frameworks informs her practical, business-minded approach to both litigation and transactional issues.

When not practicing law, Whitney enjoys horseback riding, exercising, and spending time with her family.
